Prague Festival of Writers 2010

The festival will take place on the soil of the National Theatre New Stage, where the public will be able to see fourteen world renowned writers, including three Nobel Prize winners. Authors, whose work also reflects the topic of this year’s festival, will also appear during evening author readings and also at afternoon moderated discussions, which will certainly be of interest to visitors. 

Heresy and rebellion, this is the focal concept of the twentieth year of the International X1 Prague Festival of Writers X1, which will take place from 6 to 10 June 2010. This year the topic invites a common cultural dialogue and re-evaluation of narrow-minded opinions and intellectual stereotypes.

The festival program also offers author signing events or a Heresy and Rebellion in film cycle, which begins in the club Aero cinema
